Notwithstanding the state of the union of law and women, now is the age of women. It is our time. The facts are in: we are the majority in post secondary education and in the professions; we are mainstays in the workplace; we are starting the majority of new businesses; and we determine how money is spent – at work and at home. Women tend to avoid the call by their own heart – although so many are all heart. They seek the answer in their partners, their kids, their careers when it’s just like Dorothy said – "There’s no place like home". And no-one has your home heart, home intellect, home experience, and home advantage. It’s as maddeningly individual as you are.
